About Jaime

Growing up in Michigan, Jaime Jeffrey didn’t dream of becoming a chef. But 20+ years after he began his culinary career, he can’t see himself doing anything else. He has spent most of his career in Europe, working in Bulgaria and Michelin star restaurants in Germany and France. He also spent some time in Argentina. Jaime has worked alongside some of the most creative, cutting-edge professionals in the industry and credits Master Chef Konrad Geiger with teaching him discipline and the importance of organics.
